Which fabrics Printed on?
We print almost natural fabrics. In the case of heavy or particular fabrics we evaluate together with the customer if we are able or not o print. We cannot print on polyester and in this case we have to use transfer printing, if it is necessary.
Who supplies the fabric?
The fabric is supplied by the customer, and must be "ready for printing", that is, not raw/greggio, but worked, that is purged and flattened. Then we do the preparation. On request, we can recommend to the customer some fabric suppliers with which we usually work.
What does sampling mean?
The sampling is the first meter of printing for each new fabric or design. It is necessary to check the color rendering and other quality details. Each fabric responds differently to the colors and it is for this reason that the color, seen on the monitor, is indicative only in part of the final effect.
Do you print for furniture?
Yes, we also print on furniture fabrics, with a maximum print height of 180 cm.
Do you print on optical white fabric?
Yes, but there must be reported when customer orders because it needs a particular wash.
How much does it cost?
We provide the price list tailored to the specific requirements of the customer. We ask you to indicate if you want to print for clothing or accessories, the type of fabric and the metres.
Which kind of file do you need?
We need files . TIF, . PDF, or . PSD that have a resolution of at least 300dpi and where the drawing has the correct size for printing.
We have no designers, can you do the file for us?
Our style department is available to develop with the customer graphics , starting from an idea or a design. According to the difficulty of designs and the work to do on it, we do the price to the customer.
Can we choose one of your designs?
Yes, you can consult our archive and if you wannt to buy the design.
What kind of ink-jet dyes do you use?
We use acid and reactive water-based dyes.
Do you use hazardous substances under the REACH Regulation?
No, our preparations do not contain any substances on the list of "candidate substances".
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times depends on the quantities requested. We try to speed up sampling times and we work closely with customers to satisfy the specific needs of customer.
Do you have your own courier?
We do not have a subscription with a courier: the shipping code is provided by the customer.
Do you also work abroad?
Yes, we already have several prestigious foreign customers, both in Europe and in America.
